Your Order

1.1 Orders and Contract
1.1.1. Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Pure Table Top and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before.

1.1.2 A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Pure Table Top, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Pure Table Top acknowledging receipt of your order.

1.1.3. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Pure Table Top or may be cancelled by you.

1.2. Cancelling Your Order
1.2.1. Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service.

1.2.2. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by email to enquiries@puretabletop.com or by calling 01164 782928 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.

1.2.3. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel.

1.2.4. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method.

1.2.5. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you or not refund to you amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See RETURNS POLICY section for details of how to return goods to us.

Delivery of your Order

2.1. We agree to ship orders to the address provided when you placed your order and will aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from date of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days depending upon the location.

2.2. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow a few days extra for us to process your order during peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.

2.3. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, power strikes or shortages.

2.4. If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of business, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact telephone number.

2.5. We offer free delivery for all orders over £30; Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £4.50 for standard delivery and £6.00 for next day delivery. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Rural postcodes.

2.6. Free delivery offers and codes are subject to availability. Free delivery and other offer codes remain the property of Pure Table Top, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

2.7. Please note we do not currently ship outside the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.

2.8. Availability and Deliverability
2.8.1. We agree to ship orders to the address provided when you placed your order and will aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. We will contact you if your order will not be fulfilled within this time.

2.8.2. In the unlikely event we are unable to supply the product ordered, we will advise you as soon as is possible.

2.8.3 Divisibility Clause
We reserve the right to make deliveries/and or services by instalments and render a separate invoice in respect of each such instalment.
If we exercise this right to make deliveries/and or services in accordance with the sub-paragraph above, then any delay in the provision of such deliveries/and or services, or failure to deliver any further instalment or instalments, shall not entitle the Buyer to reject the contract or the delivery/services of any other instalment or to withhold payment in respect of any instalment previously delivered/serviced.


Returns and Refunds

3.1. For any reason you have changed your mind about any of the Pure Table Top items you have ordered, we are of course more than happy for you to return these back to us for a refund.

3.2. Please ensure all items are returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

3.4. Important: Shipping fees are only refundable where there is a fault with your order or any of the products that you have been sent.
3.5. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

3.6. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back to the original payment method. Please note we are unable to process refunds for orders whilst they are still in transit.

3.7. For any item purchased from one of our retail stockists, please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from, as they have their own returns policies.

3.8 Damage or Non-delivery
3.8.1. If goods are received damaged, please notify our customer services as soon as possible after receipt on 01164 782 928 or via email at enquiries@puretabletop.com. Please note that we require evidence of any damages before a refund can be processed. Please ensure you photograph the damage and include these images in your email.

3.8.2. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case inspection is requested by our carriers.

4.4. The taking of payment from you by Pure Table Top under any of the means set out above does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and Pure Table Top (for contract information, please see Section 1.1 ‘Orders and Contract’.

4.5. By placing a telephone order or by completing and submitting the electronic order form including your payment details you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected by Pure Table Top.

General

5.1. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Pure Table Top.

5.2. To register on the site and to place orders with Pure Table Top you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

5.3. By ordering goods from Pure Table Top you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

5.4. The supplier of the goods featured is Pure Table Top Ltd.

5.7. Lines open 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.Please note that lines are closed every Saturday, Sunday and for bank holidays or national holidays.

5.8. Telephone calls to and from Pure Table Top will be monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers and we may contact you for market research purposes.

5.9. Prices
5.9.1. UK, EU and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

5.10. Usage
5.10.1. All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment.

5.11. Availability

5.11.1. All orders for products are subject to availability.

5.12. Colour of Reproduction
5.12.1. Pure Table Top take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

5.13. Language
5.13.1. This information is supplied in English only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.

5.16. Law
5.16.1. Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.

Competition T&C's

6.1. By participating in the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted the below terms and conditions.


6.2. Entrants must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over.


6.3. The prize draw is open from the date of posting until the closing date specified in the post.


6.4. There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition.


6.5. We will never send you a link or request payment card details from you.


6.6. Only one entry per person is allowed; multiple entries from individuals will not be recorded more than once. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.


6.7. Prizes will be detailed within the post. Pure Table Top reserves the right to offer a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in the unlikely event the original prize(s) are unavailable.


6.8. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with platforms Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.


6.9. There will be a prize draw where all entries are inputted into a randomiser.


6.10. If the winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 5 days, Pure Table Top has the right to re-select a winner via the randomiser.
